PFA immersion tank heaters are the perfect solution for heating harsh chemicals or DI water to constant temperatures in ultrapure tanks, including PVDF, PFA, and quartz tanks. Their PFA/PTFE wetted surfaces are ideal for use in high-purity applications where chemical compatibility is of utmost importance. PFA immersion tank heater provide high-efficiency heating with superior temperature control and maximum power output in a compact footprint. The heaters are available in various sizes that easily fit new and existing systems common to semiconductor, solar, MEMs, and other technological industries.
Benefits:
Chemical Compatibility: The all-PFA construction makes them ideal for heating corrosive chemicals and solutions.
High Purity: They are designed for use in applications where maintaining fluid purity is essential.
Efficient Heating: The design allows for efficient heat transfer and temperature control.
Durability: The PFA and PTFE materials offer good durability and longevity.
How it Works:
PFA frame heaters typically consist of a heating element, often a heating wire or tube, encased in a PFA tube or jacket. This encased element is then affixed to a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) frame, forming a compact unit that can be immersed in the liquid to be heated. The heating element heats the liquid, and the PFA components ensure that the liquid remains uncontaminated.
