SUS316/Titanium Flange Electric Process Metal Immersion Heaters
SURPLUS metal immersion heaters are designed for the demands of corrosive chemical heating, with a vast array of configurations available such as open tank, screw plug and flange. We offer sizes of metal heater as small as 500 watts for laboratory environments and as large as 50,000 watts for industrial applications.
Standard and custom configurations for over-the-side and bottom installations in open tanks. Thermal overtemperature protection standard (except screw plug), and our metal heaters have certified by CE and ISO9001:2008.
Product Descriptions:
1. The metal heaters are made of titanium, sus316 or sus304 seamless tubes, three elements of diameter 50mm, in vertical shape.
2. Power of the metal heaters is designed according to the installation location, liquid chemical propoties and the deposition of the solid contents in liquid.
3. Hot-zone length of the metal heater depends on its watts; different watts, different hot-zone length. And the cold-zone length is flexible, it should be designed according to customers' equipment requests.
4. For safety design principle, the hot-zone of the metal heaters should be at least 100mm below the chemical liquid level.
5. With voltage of 110V/P, 220V/P, 380V/P, 220V/3P, 380V/3P, 415V/3P, 480V/3P and power range from 0.5KW to 36KW.
6. All metal heaters are matched with overheat protection switch or heat detector.
7. All metal heaters reach the international standard of CE certification, which insure the reliability and service life.
