1.5-12 kW High-Purity PFA Inline Chemical Heater For Process Chemistries

Overview

In-Line heaters provide ultra-high purity heating to meet the many heating applications, from Deionized Water (DIW) to Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) or Potassium Hydroxide (KOH), all while maintaining performance and quality. The heaters are available in PVDF or Teflon housings to provide flexibility and to ensure compatibility. We provides a low-watt density design, efficient heating, rapid response, and excellent temperature control, with high power output in a compact housing. White Knight also provides in-line heating using heat exchangers, the White Knight Vesper Series. These are available as exchangers only (no heating element) and as an all-in one Heater and Exchanger. These are perfect for temperature trimming, heating near ambient, or processes with an exothermic reaction.

PFA in-line heater are desinged for hydrofluoric acid (HF), potassium hydroxide (KOH), and other chemistry compatible with PFA.

These PFA heaters push widely accepted high-purity materials to operating extremes while maximizing performance and reliability.
